1.2. Where a written Agreement is issued and is not signed and returned, or no written acceptance is provided via email, the offer shall be deemed withdrawn, and the proposed contract shall be considered null and void, without further notice.

1.3. Commencement of work may be treated as acceptance only where accompanied by written confirmation of acceptance of the Company’s terms.
